Sri Ramachandra Medical Center (SRMC) was founded in 1985 and soon became one of the leading multi-disciplinary hospitals in South India. The hospital acts as a teaching hospital for Sri Ramachandra University, named as one of the top 10 medical colleges in India by India Today.
It recently received both the JCI and the NABH accreditation, considered the gold standards for healthcare providers. The 800 bed hospital treats over 35,000 inpatients and 2.5 million outpatients annually.
